Arriving to find no one at the property to greet us was confusing, and getting the keys involved texting instructions, which wasn’t ideal after a long journey. Also, I found the noise from the street traffic a bit distracting, especially at night. Improved soundproofing could make a big difference. Overall, the charm of the room and the location compensated for the inconveniences, but better communication and clearer check-in procedures would enhance future stays.
